Easy on the stomach - no constipation after.
I have a sensitive stomach, but very high iron deficiency. I've tried a lot of Iron tablets in the past, but literally all of them ended up giving me severe constipation. My doctor put me on these tablets and I've been using them since June 2021. They are easy on the stomach and digestion, and I have no complaints at all! The tablets have changed design since I first bought them. The fact that this also has B12 and VitC is just an added bonus. I love it.

Best iron supplement I've ever used! Noticed a difference in one week! You still need to eat high Fibre on it but it doesn't make you super constipated like others.
